AirDrone X – Generative Design Concept
AirDrone X is an organic UAV frame concept developed with Autodesk Fusion 360 Generative Design. The goal was to reduce weight while preserving structural strength, stiffness and manufacturability for UAV prototyping and 3D printing.

The Challenge
The project required a lightweight drone frame direction that could maintain structural strength while achieving a clean, organic product form.
The Solution
Generative design iterations were reviewed with additive manufacturing in mind, focusing on structural continuity, load paths and integration-ready geometry.
The Result
The final concept combines lightweight architecture, organic aesthetics and practical CAD direction for next-generation drone development.
